Our Brand Story

Hey there! I'm Mara, a creative from St. Louis who's absolutely obsessed with all things kawaii! Kawaii Van is my dream come true—a mobile canvas that spreads happiness and cuteness everywhere it rolls. Inspired by Japanese and Asian cultures, every design choice is bursting with joy, and I can't wait to share it all with you!

Our mission is to spread joy and nostalgia through cute, cozy, and creative products that celebrate the kawaii aesthetic.

SHIPPING TIMES & ORIGIN DISCLOSURE

At Kawaii Van, we source our kawaii and Japanese pop culture products from a mix of domestic and international suppliers. As a result, shipping times may vary depending on the item and its origin.

• Domestic orders: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days
• International/overseas orders: Estimated delivery within 2–6 weeks

Please note that some items may ship directly from our suppliers, which means orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. Kawaii Van is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your happiness is our priority! Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of our dropship model, certain items shipped directly from suppliers may not be eligible for return. This will be noted on the product listing.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at shopkawaiivan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right!

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

This means that some products sold on our website are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners, and we may earn a commission or margin on sales made through these relationships. We only partner with suppliers whose products align with our kawaii and Japanese pop culture brand values. However, Kawaii Van does not manufacture these products and is not responsible for supplier-side changes in product availability, quality, or specifications.
